We bought the PhotoSmart Touch Smart computer and a printer. We have had fatal errors for the installation of the printer and the HP took 12 hours to try to resolve. They were unable to diagnose the problem because of their inexperience with the TouchSmart PC and the application process by programs Smart Touch screens work to repair. I finally had to return the computer and printer to the new and starting from scratch. Once we have new, we were able to successfully install the printer and the love of computers. Be careful if you call HP's support.
